• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in leading and managing operational teams.
• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations, including fleet and delivery management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Able to work with targets, deadlines, and high-pressure operational environments.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor operational data and identify areas for improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
